GLOBAL MINDFULNESS EVENTS

INTRODUCING RIGHT-MINDFULNESS AND CORRECT MINDFULNESS PROGRESSIONS / HEALTH INTERVENTIONS TO THE WORLD.

8 years ago, ‘The Flame’, Right-Mindfulness, Holistic Health and Wellness centre launched a global pan-human initiative to introduce “right mindfulness” to thousands with an aim of helping address the increasing levels of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, stress as well as physical, emotional and spiritual emergence.

The Flames unique 'whole' approach to host global wide right-mindfulness events including their annual mindfulness events at Coventry Cathedral, which began in 2013, has broken new ground in many ways, including:

Helped introduce “right-mindfulness” to well over 20,000 people over the past decade, transforming health, lives and wellbeing.
Launched its highly successful Wellbeing Rx prescription, bespoke and practical methods to enable individuals regain physical, mental and emotional health; Offering free mindfulness sessions every week
Mindfulness and Extraordinary experiences, was the 6th successive mindfulness event which built on the resounding success of the previous five events, Mindfulness at Coventry Cathedral in 2013, Mindfulness and Compassion at Coventry Cathedral in 2014, Mindfulness and neuroscience at Coventry Cathedral in 2015, Mindfulness and Personal transformation at Coventry Cathedral in 2016 and Mindfulness and Spiritual Intelligence at Coventry Cathedral 2017 which was attended by over 6000 individuals over 6 years.
